Ball Bearings
Angular Contact Ball Bearing
Angular contact ball bearings have inner and outer ring raceways that are displaced relative to each other in the direction of the bearing axis. This means that these bearings are designed to accommodate combined loads, i.e. simultaneously acting radial and axial loads.

The axial load carrying capacity of angular contact ball bearings increases as the contact angle increases. The contact angle is defined as the angle between the line joining the points of contact of the ball and the raceways in the radial plane, along which the combined load is transmitted from one raceway to another, and a line perpendicular to the bearing axis.
Deep Groove Ball Bearing
Deep groove ball bearings are the most widely used bearing type and are particularly versatile.
They have low friction and are optimized for low noise and low vibration which enables high rotational speeds.
They accommodate radial and axial loads in both directions, are easy to mount, and require less maintenance than other bearing types.
Low friction and running temperatures, low noise and vibration

Available with a variety of greases for most conditions, including food quality grease, high temperature grease and Solid Oil
Increased reliability and provide long bearing and lubricant service life
Self-Aligning
Ball Bearing
Self-aligning ball bearings have two rows of balls, a common sphered raceway in the outer ring and two deep uninterrupted raceway grooves in the inner ring.
They are available open or sealed.

Self-aligning ball bearings can reduce noise and vibration levels, for example, in fans.

Self-aligning ball bearings have low minimum load requirements.
Thrust Ball Bearing
Thrust ball bearings are manufactured as single direction or double direction thrust ball bearings. They are designed to accommodate axial loads only and must not be subjected to any radial load.

The separable components of thrust ball bearings are interchangeable.
This facilitates mounting and dismounting, and maintenance inspections.

Bearings with sphered housing washer(s) can accommodate initial misalignment.

Shaft washers have a ground bore to enable an interference fit. The bore of the housing washer is turned and always larger than the shaft washer bore
Roller Bearings
Cylindrical Roller Bearing
Cylindrical roller bearings are available in a wide range of designs, series, variants and sizes. The main design differences are the number of roller rows and the inner/outer ring flanges as well as cage designs and materials.
The bearings can meet the challenges of applications faced with heavy radial loads and high speeds.
Accommodating axial displacement (except for bearings with flanges on both the inner and outer rings), they offer high stiffness, low friction and long service life.

The surface finish on the contact surfaces of the rollers and raceways supports the formation of a hydrodynamic lubricant film.
Needle Roller Bearing
Needle roller bearings are bearings with cylindrical rollers that are small in diameter relative to their length. The modified roller/raceway profile prevents stress peaks to extend bearing service life.
Business Bearing supplies needle roller bearings in many different designs, series and in a wide range of sizes, which makes them appropriate for a wide variety of operating conditions and applications.

In applications where less space is available, needle roller and cage assemblies offer a very compact solution.

High load carrying capacity
Owing to their large number of rollers, needle roller and cage assemblies have a high load carrying capacity.

High stiffness
Because of their large number of small-diameter rollers, needle roller and cage assemblies have high stiffness.

Spherical Roller Bearing
Dealing with very heavy radial and axial loads in applications prone to misalignment or shaft deflections?
Meet the challenge with spherical roller bearings, whose high load carrying capacity and ability to accommodate misalignment help you obtain low maintenance costs and long bearing service life.

These bearings offer at least three times the service life of open bearings and can cut your grease consumption
High load carrying capacity
Long service life
Low friction
Robust

Tapered Roller Bearing
Tapered roller bearings are also customizable to match your specific speed, load, contamination, temperature or vibration conditions.
Tapered roller bearings feature a cup and cone assembly. The cup is comprised of the outer ring and the cone assembly consists of inner ring, rollers, and cage. This bearing construction accommodates combined loads and provides low friction during operation. By adjusting one single row tapered roller bearing against a second tapered roller bearing and applying a preload, a rigid bearing application can be achieved.
Tapered roller bearings are also made to Explorer class.
Low friction, noise, and vibration
Separable and interchangeable components help to facilitate mounting, dismounting and maintenance
Enhanced operational reliability even under difficult conditions
Running-in period with reduced temperature peaks

Accessories
Fenner Transmission Belts
Industrial equipment is commonly powered by belt drives because they are flexible, relatively inexpensive, simple to install and maintain, and require a minimal amount of space. In addition, belt-driven equipment parts are easy to obtain and replace, a fact that helps reduce downtime spent on repairs.
Industrial belt drives are used to transfer torque and aid in speed changes from one shaft to a another shaft. In all applications, the drive consists of one or more belts and a sheave/pulley relationship. Changing the diameter of the driven sheave/pulley alters the ratio and causes a change in the speed.
Drive belts are grouped into three basic classifications according to their cross-sectional design: v (vee) or wedge, flat, and synchronous (toothed or timing). Each type of belt requires a different type of pulley system. V-style belts match with a grooved pulley or sheave, flat style belts use a drum style pulley, and toothed belts match with a toothed pulley or sprocket.
Plummer Blocks
To ensure effective sealing, plummer blocks are available with a variety of special sealing options and end covers. Benefits include a facility for easy mounting and dismounting of pre-assembled shafts.
Plummer block housings can be used with high-capacity spherical roller bearings or self-aligning ball bearings. They are manufactured from high-strength cast iron as standard but are also available in cast steel or spheroidal graphite cast iron. The housings have a re-lubrication facility and can be used with either oil or grease lubrication.

Features
-
Split plummer block design allows for easy mounting and dismounting of pre-assembled shafts.
-
Sealing options — NSK offers a range of sealing options including oil seals, labyrinth seals, or heavy-duty taconite seals.
-
Case end covers are available.
-
Multi-relubrication points are provided to ensure relubrication of the bearing depending on orientation.
-
Housing are supplied with spacer rings in order to provide axial location. Those can be omitted for "free end" axial front.
JIC Fittings
JIC (or Joint Industry Council) fittings, defined by SAE J514, are compression fittings machined with a 37 degree flare seating surface and parallel threads. They are commonly manufactured in nickel alloys, brass, carbon & stainless steel.
JIC Fitting hydraulic connections are common in most fluid power systems. Both male and female components have 37 degree seats. The seal is made by establishing contact between the male flared and the female coned seat. This is considered a mechanical connection. There are three components that make a tubing assembly; fitting, flare nut and sleeve.
Advantages of Using JIC Fittings:
-
They are readily available
-
Offer a large variety of sizes, shapes, combinations and materials
-
Sizes are consistent with SAE fittings which makes them easily interchangeable and identifiable
-
The absence of an O-ring makes them desirable in high temperature applications
-
Can be disconnected and reconnected repeatedly without deformation (This is very useful in applications where equipment is frequently changed or swapped out. They are easy to maintain and install. Also, the combination of male a JIC fitting and female JIC swivel make orientation much easier.)

Sleeves
Withdrawal sleeves can be used to mount bearings with a tapered bore onto the cylindrical seat of stepped shafts. The sleeve is pressed into the bore of the bearing inner ring, which abuts a shaft shoulder or similar fixed component. The sleeve is located on the shaft by a nut or an end plate. KM or HM lock nuts (Lock nuts requiring a keyway) with appropriate locking devices are suitable.
Adapter sleeves are the most commonly used components for locating bearings with a tapered bore onto a cylindrical seat as they can be used on plain shafts
